Redondo Beach Algebra Tutor Carolyn

Carolyn is a very friendly and easy going person who has a knack for getting kids to do their work and for explaining difficult material to them in a manner that is easy to understand. She began with our network this school year and has done amazing work tutoring English and algebra in the Torrance and San Pedro areas. She is immensely likeable to teens and pre-teens with her easy going demeanor. Her specialities are algebra 1 and 2 and English for K-12. If your student needs a tutor for English or math in the Torrance or surrounding areas sheis a great choice. She's also great for K-8th students who need help with all of their courses. She has a very pleasant and mellow energy and has a calming and motivating effect on those she works with.

She recently graduated from California State University, Long Beach with her Bachelor’s in Business – concentration in Human Resource Management. Throughout her education, she maintained a 3.5 GPA along with being in the Dean’s List, graduating with Honors, and being a part of the Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key International Honors Society. She takes her degree into the real world as a full-time Accounting Assistant, but also frees her schedule to tutor after work.

Carolyn has been tutoring for 8 years; it is something she enjoys doing. She loves seeing her students succeed and move onto the next level in their education.
